Bwa ha, this guy is hilarious. The comments are somewhat ribald but probably not enough to get him fired (he is law review at UT after all, if this place doesn't want him I'm sure someone will). And the motion to transfer venue from room 57C to room 60A is amazing.

I've had a few lawyer friends in my times, the summer associate job is a real life version of that one lawyer joke. Honestly the firms send out the youngest, prettiest associates to the law schools for recruiting, give them a salary equivent to a 1st year associate for those three months and let them work on the 'candy-in-cheek' pro-bono jobs for the poor and meek. Then they get hired after graduation, sending the rest of their life billing 80 hours a week and going through 0.5 metric tons of highlighters and post-it notes a year. "summer job is over, back on your heads"
